We offer free shipping via Posti's small parcel, Posti parcel, Matkahuolto parcel, and Postnord MyPack Collect, when your order total exceeds €100.
Your package usually leaves us within 1–3 days of your order, often even on the same day.
We ship all orders placed before 11:00 AM the same business day.

Products and Product Safety
All the jewelry findings we sell are made of stainless steel. Our products use grades 304, 316, and 316L, which are often referred to as "surgical steel." Stainless steel is a highly durable, allergy-friendly jewelry material that doesn't tarnish or change color with use.
Our gold-plated products are plated with 18K or 24K gold applied to the surface of the steel finding.
Very rarely. Surgical steel is a jewelry material recommended by the Allergy, Skin and Asthma Federation, for example for people with nickel allergies. It's one of the least allergenic jewelry materials and is safe to use, which is why it's also commonly used in items like kitchen utensils. The most sensitive individuals may still experience allergic symptoms from surgical steel, but in our experience this is very rare.
Yes. Nickel is always used in the production of surgical steel. However, one property of stainless steel (surgical steel) is that the nickel in the alloy doesn't release from the material onto, for example, your skin. That's why steel jewelry findings are often described as "nickel-free," even though the material does technically contain nickel. Because nickel doesn't release from surgical steel, it's usually a safe jewelry material even for people with nickel allergies.

Since gold-plated parts are coated, the gold plating may wear off over time and with heavy use. Wear on the coating is a basic characteristic of all plated jewelry findings.
How long the plating lasts depends on how much the jewelry is exposed to friction, scratches, cosmetics, sweat, and moisture. So it's hard to say exactly how long the plating will stay in good condition on your particular jewelry.
Under normal use, however, the plating holds up well — anywhere from six months to two years or more.
Our steel jewelry findings are manufactured in China. Our titanium jewelry findings come from the United States.
Yes. The EU bans the use of lead and cadmium in jewelry materials and has set limits on nickel release from jewelry metals. Stainless steel and titanium aren't risk materials from a jewelry-safety standpoint, but we still ensure product safety by regularly testing our products at an accredited testing laboratory in Finland.
Laboratory testing checks for possible nickel release onto the skin, as well as whether the tested jewelry findings contain any substances banned by the EU. The testing is an official jewelry safety study conducted under the REACH Regulation (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council).
